How does the free trial work?
Start a 7-day free trial to unlock all thirty of today's picks and the full archive. You won't be charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends to avoid a charge.
What if I don't like it?
Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. If you're charged for your first paid period, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on that first charge — just email [email protected].
Will I be charged automatically?
Yes. After the free trial your membership renews automatically at the plan price you chose (monthly or annual) until you cancel. Renewal terms are shown before you subscribe and in your account.
Is payment secure?
Payments are handled over an encrypted connection and we never store full card details on our servers. Until our checkout provider is fully connected, the subscribe buttons show a clear setup notice instead of taking payment.
Watching
What devices can I watch on?
mediabox is a web service that works in modern browsers on desktop, tablet and mobile. We don't currently offer native mobile, smart-TV or offline-download apps, and we won't claim to until we do.
Can I download films to watch offline?
Not at the moment. mediabox is streaming-only over the web. We'd rather not advertise offline downloads until the feature genuinely exists.
Can I share my account?
Membership is intended for personal use by one member. Please don't share your login publicly; household use is fine within reason.
Curation & the ranking
How do you choose the daily selection?
A small human team in Tallinn watches widely and ranks thirty nature films each day. It's editorial curation, not an automated algorithm or a popularity chart.
When does the ranking refresh?
Every day at 00:00 in your own device's local timezone. The on-page countdown shows exactly how long until the next refresh.
Does the same film stay #1 forever?
No. The ranking is rebuilt every day, so today's #1 is replaced tomorrow. That's the whole idea — a fresh wild place each morning rather than a static chart.
Can I submit my own nature film?
Yes — we love seeing work from independent wildlife filmmakers. Email [email protected] with a link and a short note, and our curators will take a look.
